It saddens me to see the comments' section filled with hate for Willian... agreed, he's easily been our worst player till now and Arteta just seems to back him up infinitely, but cmon lads we gotta be more patient. He's 30 and not growing younger, but he still has the talent, the finesse and most importantly the experience of being a winner at the highest level. When David Luiz came in he was horrible as well, but he's been solid lately and look what he means to the team now. Willian is of similar, if not more, utility to the team, so I guess we should just be somewhat more patient with him. He's enduring some terrible form right now so starting him repeatedly might not be the best decision, but I'm still confident that he'll come good eventually. Arteta's impact on wingers has been awesome after all (Mahrez, Sane) and one only has to look at our own Pepe to see how quickly Willian can turn his fortunes around and unveil his true self.
